MURPHY'S

It is brewed to be less heavy and less bitter than its chief competitor Guinness. Its flavour is evocative of caramel and malt and is described as "a distant relative of chocolate milk" The resemblance to milk extends beyond flavour to texture: Murphy's is free from any hint of carbonation,[1] and is delivered "black as strong cappuccino" with an inch of foam – the head – on top.The water of the River Lee in Cork allegedly gave Murphy's its quality.

LONDON DRY GIN

Whitley Neill Gin is slightly softer and much smoother than traditional gins, with rich notes of juniper and citrus, pot-pourri and exotic spices. The finish is a long one, with a subtle fade of herbs, cocoa and candied lemon peels, while the nose is both citrus-sweet and peppery, with a distinctive floral aroma.

BLACKBERRY GIN

Whitley Neill Blackberry Gin tastes of fresh plump berries and hints of floral hedgerow. A smooth flavour, with a core of delicious, piney juniper followed by zesty sweet citrus and hints of wonderful black pepper. The finish has a little earthiness alongside the warming spice of cassia.
